Bag Powder Filling Machine (BF100)

Digital bag powder filling with clutched electromotor, processor and load cell for filling bags from 5 to 100 kgs with an accuracy of 0.5%.

The machine include entrance hopper which can be connected to the end of storage bins and silos or screw powder. By a screw100 mm in diameter & 600 mm length which is leaded by a digital load cell controller which can weight bags Between 5 to 100 kgs. It has pneumatics bag hooker which stain bags before filling them. The capacity of machine according to bag's weight is between 200 to 400 bags per hour (BPH).

All parts in contact with material are from stainless steel.
