Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (FFSA)

This specific packaging machine is utilized in the packaging of smooth and sticky powders in OPP, PE, multilayer paper

and laminated aluminum .The vertical movement of the film is made by reciprocating sealing jaws .In comparison to those machines in which feeding the film is provided by rollers machine is faster and also it could uses thick laminated films up to 80 microns. The machine can be provided with various optional attachments like sensor for appointing seal place, heat ribbon coder. Filling system is designed according to materials as for fine powder it uses auger filler FFSA model and for granules and nuts cup filler.
