Sun Flower Sheller Line

 

 

 1. Multi-purpose chaff remover: can remove the stone, glass,wizened, and fur in the raw material.

 2. Suction feed back system:The unshelled material will be returned to the sheller again.

 3. The ideal sorting efficiency can be realized by adjusting the angle of the sorter inclination.

 4. Sheller material: steel.

 5. Auger stripper make it easy to collect the sunflower shell, and the dust is reduced.

 6. Scales screen can make it easy to separate kernel from shell. The screen plate material is cold-roll steel sheets coining.

 All the equipments are controlled by cabinet. And the sheller is used frequency conversion, it can be adjusted according to the raw material.

 The whole equipments are with vibration motor, they can be installed conveniently.
