Monoblock: Filling,Capping for Small Containers 2 to 250 cc(MO2)

Integrated Filling and Closing Unit is intended for volumetric filling of liquid products into various containers, especially small-sized ones, and their closing by screw, Pilfer proof and push – on caps.
The containers are brought by a conveyor to a Starwheel and machine functions are fully automatic.
The unit is fitted with two filling pumps available in various volumes and a single head capping system.
Those can be adjusted continuously.
The capping unit consists of a bowl feeder for transferring, sorting and orienting of caps.
Another closing unit applying under cap can be involved into accessories .The containers after capping are transferred to output conveyor.
The unit is intended for use in Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industrial Branches and Foodstuff Packaging.
